What is burnout?
The WHO defines it as a syndrome resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed. It is characterized by 3 dimensions: 1. Feelings of energy depletion or exhaustion, 2. Increased mental distance from one’s job, or feelings of negativism or cynicism related to one’s job, 3. Reduced professional efficacy.
How can I recover from burnout?
Although not simple, there are things that you can do today to feel better! The first step involves looking at the specific contributors to your burnout (for example, this may be your relationships, your workplace, or your finances). We help guide you to develop your plan to manage stress.
